The fabric in the middle of the panels is in good condition free from stains and tears. This piece does have minor nicks and scratches, but they are only noticeable upon close inspection. Some of the hinges are slightly bent as well, but they are still strong and usable. Dimensions: Over all it is 51.25" tall, when opened flat it is 46.5" wide and .75" thick.
