Ideal for medium to heavy-weight materials, such as: leather, leather belts, leather bags, leather wallets, automotive upholstery, furniture upholstery, sails, tents, sports and camping equipment, luggage, umbrellas, vinyl, canvas, webbing, dog collars, dog leashes, etc.
This single needle machine has a dual tension mechanism, with which the machine can support high tension sewing with thick thread. This means that the machine produces seams of excellent quality on a broader range of materials, extending from light to heavy weight materials.
The high 16mm presser foot lift enables easy material handling for heavy sewing. Same high presser foot lift as the Juki DNU-1541S.
The 1541's maximum stitch length of 2 1/2 stitches per inch allows a broader range of uses, such as awnings and sacks.
The stitch length is easily adjusted by the stitch dial.
The 1541 has an adjustable climbing device which allows the user to simply dial in the walk height of the walking foot. This prevents the walking foot from snagging on thicker material.

Complete  machines will be shipped on a pallet using a Common Freight Carrier. We will only  ship machines to the mainland 48 U.S. States. Customers from other  areas are urged to contact us for additional information and requirements.

Each  new machine we sell is covered by a
1 YEAR  WARRANTY
. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair  any factory defects.
Warranty  does not cover any damages resulting from mishandling of the machine,  improper operation or operation outside the capability of the machine,  improper maintenance or improper voltage feed.
All warranty services will be performed in our Dallas, Texas office.  Shipping charges for any warranty service are the responsibility of  the customer.
