Soapstone carved vase

Description

This vase measures 8 in tall and is about five and a quarter inches wide at the widest point. It is quite grainy. I do not believe these are hairlines. These are literally grains in the soapstone. It is marked China on the back as shown in the photos. There is a chip at the top edge of the base. It is quite colorful.
