Singer Industrial Sewing Machine Singer 246-3,Curved Needle, AH972680. Selling For Parts as I could not test it. Needle moves when pulley wheel is moved but seems stiff. Took a lot of pictures so you can determine overall condition and features present. Based on pictures of item from various sites it appears that all parts are present but again I’m not an expert on these machines.
