porcelain vase chinese mark

vintage chinese porcelain vase signed I cannot make out the markings on the bottom looks like China over another marking I think it's republic period but not sure so please examine photos to determine age this is a wonderful hand painted miniature vase measures 2 3/4 inches tall in nice used condition
