( LTE) has quickly secured the top spot for all of our newest clients just getting their feet wet in the quilting industry. This new system has a completely redesigned sewing head that has been in the design stage for 2 years. It allows for a much faster up to
3,000 SPM sewing speed
,( The LTE version listed here has a 1,000 spm top speed and is upgradable anytime), it also includes
automatic thread trimming,  automatic bobbin oiling, our new easy glide frame rail moving system,
and much more.
Its
4 axis servo drive system
are based on our rack and pinion system with a more robust mounting plate and drive system. Linear rail systems are used throughout this new design for the smoothest operation. All the computer controls have been upgraded to support the new operational features & integrated within the central bridge of the system, enhancing the elegant look, and ease of operation.
This listing is for a complete turn key quilting system that includes:
The QM IV - XTI machine, framing table system, rapid frame changing system, Easy Glide frame rails, over 300 standard full frame quilting designs, ( 2 ) two adjustable quilting frames. additional Hook assembly, Needle Bar, Presser foot bar, additional bobbin case, 2 dozen extra metal bobbins, 10 extra nylon clips, tool kit, and a separate stand alone bobbin thread winder.

this listing is for the LTE version.

All software versions allow you to upload your own designs from a simple USB drive for unlimited storage.  Up to 1,000,000 stitches or more can be held in the quilting queue of the current project being quilted. The Patterns can be scaled, mirrored, rotated, and more within the software.  You can scale any pattern and heirloom type quilt it anywhere within the quilting area of your frame down to about 1.5" x 1.5" as a practical limit. This LTE version of the software allows you to quilt at up to 1,000 spm, where the full version allows you to quilt at up to 3,000 spm.  You can also turn on or off the thread trimming, thread break auto detect when you desire.  You can also trace your design to be quilted, as well as jump to any point within the design to resume quilting where you might have stopped during your last quilting session.

Availability currently is in stock or less than 30 day to pickup for the QM IV - XTI model # 2830 ( 106" x 116" of quilting area )  Custom built machines will require a 14 week delivery time frame.
These machines are completely different than the traditional home hobby type long arm machines developed in the 1960's to today. Even with the largest machines made ( the 30" long arm machines), you will only have a quilting area of 24" between rolls of the roller scrolling frame system they Must use. Compare this to the 116" of uninterrupted quilting area available with a full frame machine.
The actual quilting speed is also significantly faster compared to all of the software systems we have used as well ( I.E. Statler, Auto Pilot, IQ, and all of the other entry level systems also available) All of our features and a complete system price point often less than these hobby type systems makes your quilting machine choice a very simple one.
If you are wanting to quilt just a few quilts as a hobby for a few friends and family, then we recommend you choose a home hobby based system, as Most work as promised, and will accomplish this for you.
