Our patented technology showcases an unprecedented approach to building strength and performance throughout the blade’s frame.
This feature allows the Phoenix to be the lightest blade on the market without any loss in strength, giving you savings in energy and more time in the air. This is officially the lightest blade ever made and showcases a full carbon fiber body with a stainless-steel runner. What profiles will the Phoenix be available in?
Phoenix will be available in Pattern 99 and Gold Seal profiles.
How does the Phoenix Gold differ from a traditional Gold Seal or Gold Seal Revolution?
Due to the lightweight carbon fiber housing, the Phoenix Gold will have a Parallel profile; meaning it will not be tapered or side honed. The Phoenix will however boast the same primary rocker, secondary rocker, toe-pick, hell lift and stanchion height as a traditional Gold Seal.
How does the Phoenix 99 differ from a traditional Pattern 99 or Pattern 99 Revolution?
Skaters will notice the vast weight reduction from a traditional Pattern 99 will boast the same primary rocker, secondary rocker, toe-pick, heel lift and stanchion height as a traditional Pattern 99, but may provide less flexibility due to the carbon fiber housing.
Does stainless steel mean the blade will not rust?
Corrosion resistant does not mean corrosion proof. Skaters should continue to care for their blades in the same manner.
What sizes is the blade offered in?
Phoenix is available from 8"- 11"
What colors does the blade come in?
Phoenix will be offered with silver or black housing.
Is there a trial period for the blade?
