Fluorocarbon tippet material is best known for its invisibility because its reflection rate is close to that of water. Fish can't see it! Its superior strength and resistance to abrasion is also a bless when you have to pull a big trout from behind a rock. Stiffer than monofilament, fluorocarbon tippets make it easier to cast the fly out straighter and farther, and easier to tie a knot on. And when you go for fish hiding near the bottom, fluorocarbon's higher density makes it sink faster and reaches the strike zone sooner, which means more fish!
These tippets are made from the best Japanese fluorocarbon material, they come in 50m (or 54.7 yards) and different sizes.
