Early Teddy Bear: Long Snout, Long Feet, Shoe Button Eyes, Straw. Condition is "Used".
This bear is early and tattered. He stands about 15 inches tall and as you can see, he’s pretty bald (well loved) and has lost about 98% of his fur. There are a few tufts remaining here and there but essentially, he’s totally bare. He has deep-set shoe button black eyes and the remnants of a dark brown/black floss nose, stitched horizontally. His ears are set high on his head, they have both been tacked back on, but both ears are in good condition.
His body is crunchy, with a straw interior. Three of his limbs revolve, a leg has been tacked on. 3 of his 4 limbs move freely. All four of his paws have old darning repairs. His paws all have remnants of stitched claws. The bears head has been tacked on and so has one of his legs.
He has a center seam that goes from front to back, around his torso. His nose is long and pointed. Please enlarge and examine the photos and enjoy this teddy bear.
There are areas of hand-stitched repairs. The top part of his left arm is missing stuffing and is hollow. This little guy is well-worn and has been well-loved.
This is a great old Teddy Bear with a pleasant disposition.
