    Chinese Thickly Enameled Porcelain Vase Cobalt Barbed Border, Birds Flowers 8.5"
    DESCRIPTION: Beautiful Vintage Chinese Thickly Enameled Porcelain Vase with a Cobalt Barbed Border. Translucent enameled Birds and Flowers on a beige ground. Approx. 8.5" Tall. Circa 1970s. Nice hand painted artwork. With a thick cobalt border at the neck and dots at the border at the foot. Green birds with multi color tree peony flowers. The border at the foot has palms or plants. Gold trim at the mouth. Great color and textural interest. See the photos.
    MARKINGS: Stamped on the bottom with a rust red Petals mark with a warning to not use for food that dates it after 1971 when the FDA started requiring either testing in a lab or the warning. See the photos.
