Antique 22'' Russian Straw Stuffed Mohair Teddy Bear with Growler & Glass eyes
This teddy bear is roughly 100 years old and is in amazing shape given its age.
It’s glass eyes are in beautiful condition, without any chips, and only very slight rubbing.
It does have a few worn spots where you can see the straw. I took pictures of them. One is on its arm, another on one of its feet, and then there’s a spot in the center of its back. All three of the spots are minimal, and the straw is not falling out, it is just visible.
As for the growler, it still makes noise, but it’s more of a squeak than a rumbly growl.
The bear is covered in mohair, and does have a few worn spots. I tried to take as many pictures as possible. It is jointed, and all the joints are intact.
I’m not sure of the brand, as there are no tags or buttons to indicate the maker.

Smith’s This ‘N That is a small store run by mom and dad Smith. We took it over after Grandma and Papa Smith passed on.
We both work full-time, along with running this side business. When you purchase from us, you were helping us send our three kids to college someday.
Many of our items are simply obtained by going to yard sales, or thrift stores. Some items even come from our own family members and friends who are looking to downsize.
QUALITY
Whenever we list an item, we make sure to inspect it carefully. 95% of our items are in great, to near perfect condition. If an item has an imperfection, we always make sure to take pictures and describe it in the description.
However, that does not mean we are perfect. There are times that we may miss things, but please believe we strive to be as transparent as possible so that you can bid with confidence.
SHIPPING
All items are packaged with care, promptly after you pay. If you wish to order more than one of some thing, we do offer combined shipping. We make sure you were not paying more than you should have to for shipping costs.
Clothing items in plush toys will be shipped in poly mailers, unless they are collectibles which will then be boxed up.
If the item is not breakable, it will be shipped in a padded envelope or a box, depending on the size.
Collectible, and breakable, items will be thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped out in a sturdy box.
You can purchase with confidence knowing we package our items carefully. To date, we have not had any arrived damaged.
We try to offer multiple shipping services, so that you can pick the speed and price in which you want your package to arrive.
